         Beginning the journey of designing and building your dream home can be quite overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. At Joe Wall Custom Homes we strive to make the process as stress-free as possible. Our family is honored to be serving the Chattanooga area since 1993, and we look forward to working with you to make your dream a reality.

When creating your budget it’s important to think about financing. We’re happy to provide a couple of recommendations for those in search of a reputable lender.

It’s crucial for your new home to make the best use of the land you’ve chosen. As such, JWCH provides custom house plan services, tailored to your property and needs. You can view some of our plans here.

The variety of design options and style choices is incredible these days and it can be difficult to narrow down your favorites and must-haves. One of our interior designers will help you select the best color schemes, materials and details for your home.

Our team takes care of the permits required before and during construction, as well as the scheduling of necessary inspections throughout the build. Following your home’s completion and final building inspection, we obtain the CO for you.

Throughout the various phases of construction Joe will meet with you regularly to inspect progress, answer questions and assist with any revisions. We feel that good communication is key to the success of every project and strive to give each client a uniquely personal experience.
